convenient location! rooms are spacious, clean. showers are standard. i do have an issue with the drinking water supply. can't take any from the sink (safe enough to boil and drink) nor are there any dispensers in the rooms or hallways. you have to ask from the reception which is 3 floors down, no elevator (not an issue for me as it is a pretty small building, but definitely not accessible to elderly or certain PWD.…

A really nice and fairly priced hotel. I’ve been there 2 times already. The only problem I have is that this place does not have an elevator. Climbing those stairs is a workout lol. Super clean and wide room. Comfortable bed and bathroom. The only thing that gives you challenge is the stairs,they dont have elevator so mind taking heavy or huge luggage. Starway saved my life during our stay in Baguio. I have 0% regret booking with them. They also picks the phone fast 24/7 frontdesk that are very accommodating and kind. Totally love our stay!
When we came to the lobby,there is this like awful smell from drainage ..I ask the front desk about it,she just smiled.. No elevators,not recommended for seniors and pwd,however,staffs are helpful,so they will help to bring luggages in your room.
