The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff are courteous, friendly, and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The location is very convenient, with Premiere Mall within walking distance. For improvement, it would be nice to have basic amenities such as a hair dryer and bedroom slippers in the room. Stayed here for 5 nights and asked if we can stay nearby as I was pregnant. They put us in the 2nd floor with a view which is quite nice. Friendly staff and guards. Cons: The pool was not functional when we stayed which was a bit of a bummer. Also when you go out of the room, you can sometimes smell the smoke coming from the lobby. Hope they will move the smoking area away from the hotel .
