It was a very good experience at the KTV room. Very accommodating ang mga staff. Kudos to the cashier! RA9994 was implemented to the fullest! Mga senior citizens come one, come all na! There will be a next time for our group again and again 💖
The restaurant management needs some attention. I'd assume there are other international guests. All other hotels have the basics like bread condiments eg. fruit jam. None available .. Otherwise a reasonable place clean and bright great rooms and showers at least on the upper levels. rooms are clean, some rooms have no windows. quiet location with views of the river from the restaurant but they don’t promote the waterfront views. restaurant has good chinese food but serves filipino and some western dishes. parking is limited.
All friendly staff! Helpful and courteous! If you are not a Philippine resident, you don’t get the 32% discount for room or restaurant!! We went to ask the manager and she said it was their policy, We have visited other restaurants and our senior ID from the US was accepted and we received the discount. Hopefully they will change their policy.
