Imma be honest here and upfront. This place is aesthetic in the entrance but the moment you walk in and go deeper. Place is a mess, pools have living insects in them and even caution tapes. We were given a hotel room with a malfunctioning aircon so we have to transfer to the adjacent room. Very typical room, comfy bed with provided tooth brush and towels. No soap provided though. It was my first time in Laguna, and it was really disappointing. We arrived at midnight and had a difficult check-in. The hotel did not accept online payment at the counter and required cash, so we had to find a nearby bank late at night. Entrance fee is cheap but the service is not good. We rent a room for 4 pax but surprisingly its just a single bed with couple or double size only; Can't believe that the room declared with a small pool was just started filling after almost an hour, and after it was filled; they drained it suddenly. Don't know if the owner knows what their staffs are doing. But they should. Not recommended.
Very nice food if a tad expensive by local standards. Nice warm pool, I assume geo-thermal, but I could be wrong. Entrance and table charge. But good to chill after a visit to the falls.
Everything was great. Pools are clean, some are hot. Lifeguards are actively on the watch. The room we stayed in are clean. Staffs are approachable. Food served are great tasting, quite fair for the price. Haven't tried the large slide, it's closed on our day of visit.
