My wife is currently staying there, and the internet connection is terrible. I simply can't chat with her, not at all video call her. We used to go to this hotel all the time, but in 2025, such a poor internet connection for guests is absolutely scandalous ! Stay away from this hotel if you need internet. They probably haven't even heard of StarLink internet.
Rooms mis one star because water is not always available in case you want to take a hot shower. Calbayog centre is an easy walk away from the hotel, no need to catch a ride. The restaurant of the hotel is very tasty, give it a try!
Kind of rude service. I just went to the cafe to work. I ordered carbonara which was ok, but the macchiato tasted more like a latte. What ticked me off was that they turned off the AC. It was lunch time so it was freaking hot. How could they do this? I just transferred to a different cafe.
