Our Aircon is not even working properly, and they only have 1 key so it's hard for us who stay at this hotel we can't even go all outside, the electricity well gonna power off so our room can't stay cold.
First time for me to encounter a room without a phone to connect to the front desk with. We had to call the front desk on our cellphones to reach them. Disappointed with our stay. No internet, limited toiletries (only 1 shampoo & toothpaste for a room meant for 4 pax), and poor breakfast selection with bland food. Bathroom had no tissue, no extra rug, and the exhaust fan was dirty. Even the door had visible rust and damage. Staff weren’t very accommodating either. Needs a lot of improvement.
