They should be clear with their room description. Two single beds don't mean 1 single bed and an extra bed (which wasn't even technically a bed because it was just a foam bed that's placed on the floor of the living area) Towels weren't in the room when we arrived. Overall It's 3.5 🌟 for me. Rooms service and location are 4 🌟 it's overrated, the good thing is that it has no window. BTW no discount for pwd/senior as they already had promos. Rooms were such a big surprise! Every room was beautiful, spacious and super cozy 🥰 front desk staff Jhaslyn, Ellen, Queenie, Martin, Chef Carlo, security guards and the rest of the staff were exceptional 🥰 location is at its best with parking in front and hotel location is near Lola Abon's pasalubong center. Everything is at hand and very convenient including massage, animé cafe and bakery. Our stay was excellent!

their rooms are very spacious and clean. one thing though is that the shower has low water pressure so i can’t really enjoy the heated shower. they have wifi and free breakfast. overall, my experience was great, their staff is very accommodating. (kindly excuse the mess on the video haha)

Sobrang mura, imagine 3k tapos 2 bedrooms na tapos sobrang lakas nang aircon. The location is good as well since it highly accessible if you want to do food trip at GSIS or if you want to travel north to south you can access Shrine hills to diversion road.

The rooms were very nice and clean. However, on our second day, the Wi-Fi on our floor stopped working. We informed the front desk about it, but the issue wasn’t resolved. Also, the utensils we used for the free breakfast were not cleared by the staff. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had an enjoyable stay overall.
