Given the price the room #207 exceeded my expectations. Hot water was running - even with rainforest shower. A/C well adjustable. Unfortunately no remote control for it. TV with some international channels. Enough space to sit and drink your coffee. Close to city market and foodstalls. The rooftop terrace is ok. Very recommended for budget travellers.
The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a very comfortable stay. The decors speak of its timeless elegance. They have lots of parking space. Sulit sa budget and it is located in the heart of Roxas City. Renovations are ongoing including the Sky garden at the rooftop for a more enjoyable stay.
For its price the room is good, i was surprised they have heater and the room is spacious
