Not a good value for the condition of the rooms. Linens were still a little damp, water pressure was very low and the water was barely warm, not hot. Lamps had frayed wires, didn't risk plugging them in. Staff was friendly.
I stayed in Sitio Uno for two weeks last month. The one-bedroom condo is quite adequate for three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a small refrigerator and an electric kettle. Very small, and I can't really cook anything because it sets off the smoke alarm. The staff are very nice and helpful. The out side is falling apart. They do have a nice pool. One more do not rent a condo unit for Mercy C Pericon, she'll repyouoff on your deposit.

You do not get what you pay for… small room with odd floorplan, trash from previous guest still in the bin, no hot water…. The only positives are that the building is new and modern and the bed is comfy.
