staff - kind management - poor 1 bedroom for 1700 - expensive, especially with its condition (see images) facebook response - poor meals - add 100php (for BREAKFAST only- not clarified) aircon- not cooling lights - flickering bathroom- very small, you have to move closer to the toilet so the door and outside wont get wet bed- have layers of foam.. ??
Looks nice, but the room is terrible. It smelled like molds, unclean, and the comfort room is very small and unsanitary. To think that it was so expensive too at 3600 a night.
First time to visit and tour Ilocos and I'm so glad that we choose to stay at Sikatel Hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are very attentive to our needs and is friendly and nice. Terrible. The smell is not good. I can't even use the pillow as it smells awful. Needed to spray some alcohol first.
