Hard for me to write a bad review on such a nice place but the customer service here was insanely bad. First, we booked on Booking.com and the check-out time said 11:30am but once in the properly they changed it to 11:00am. Had a scary experience at the hotel when my father went hypoglycemic, to us it looked like a stroke at the time, was a little concerned the hotel did not have a registered nurse on the premises, but they more than made up for it with the service, they really took care of us all throughout, even got a van to take us to the hospital.
