SEED Hotel

Our stay at Seed Hotel was truly wonderful. The food was very good, the place was clean and superb, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful, and very respectful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We always felt welcomed and well taken care of. We will definitely come back every time we are in Tuguegarao. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with regards to location, quality of rooms. Wiered staff in the hotel, specially in the restaurant (unfriendly, unservice oriented). Nice guy at reception though.

Beautiful room. Super blackout curtains. You will have a great sleep. Far from the city center but if you prefer a quiet place, this is it

We tried the restaurant here and it looked and felt really, nice. The staff were very friendly, the place is very new indeed. We tried their pad Thai, and sadly it wasn't what we were hoping for, a wee salty. But the prawn was clean which is quite rare to find. The fish and chips was good, albeit the chips were chips and not fries, so we were surprised. The mango shake was good and nicely presented.

Poor customer relations. We were a first time client and booked a suite room and a twin room for 1 night, then extended our checkout time for another hour. Our coordinator scanned through both rooms to double check if we didn't leave anything behind. To our surprise and DISMAY, we were asked to pay both rooms for another hour because the coordinator arrived at the reception desk 8 minutes later~ no considerations.

Food is good but they do NOT follow the law and discriminate against senior citizens by not giving the standard 20% discount. They do not even deduct VAT from the bill of a senior citizen.

Great ambiance and the staff were superb. Went there thrice in a week and the food and service were consistenly great!

We used the ktv bar and it was great.The place was very clean the staffs superb.The whole area was lovely.Very recommended.
