Clean and comfy rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Food is delicious. You can get the best treatment here for a hotel. Pool is great. Parking is secured. Great place to unwind and relax

Staff are super friendly and accomodating. Place is not bad My issue is just that guards upfront dont have any idea where to direct their hotel guests so there is a chance youll get lost because parking for mall and guests are different. Also tv is not a smart tv so no youtube and nextflix.

Stayed here whilst working in Makati. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms decent size with kitchette, drinking water, fridge etc. Views were fantastic breakfast buffet ok..... still can't get my head around people piling there plates high like jenga at a buffet.... you can go back as much as you like. They do phillapino, Japanese, cooked, continental breakfasts with egg station. Would stay again, thank you Lloy…

We enjoyed our stay, and surely will be back! Service was top notch. From good breakfast to being able to extend and to leaving luggages - beautiful Filipino hospitality. Good location, big rooms that have basic necessities, and view is nice!

Just mid. Overpriced for the level of service provided. Room was not ready at check-in time, incomplete room amenities, bland breakfast, no spa facility. Pet fee inclusions is just sales talk; pet amenities were incomplete as well. Rooftop bar is nice but not in the summer heat (no fans/cooling units provided). Location is ok. Book Alpha Suites for better value and service.
