Seda Central Bloc Cebu

We stayed at seda in July 2025, and even though this review is delayed, the fact that I am still thinking about it a year later speaks volumes. The rooms are excellent, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, but the staff here are absolutely unforgettable. during our stay, I managed to leave my phone inside a Grab car. I sprinted back to the hotel lobby in a sweaty panic, completely phoneless. one of the worst feeling…

My stay at Seda was great, and I really enjoyed my time there. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I especially liked that you could order your eggs exactly how you wanted them and have them delivered to your table within minutes. The rooms and facilities were fantastic and still looked brand new. The toilets and common areas were clean and well m…

Absolutely a 5-star experience from start to finish! The staff are incredibly energetic, warm, and genuinely happy, which makes such a difference. The breakfast was outstanding, with impeccable service — one staff member was attentively watching over the buffet the entire time, making sure every guest had everything they needed. Seda Central Bloc Cebu is a great place to stay, especially because of its convenient location right in the heart of IT Park. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, cafés, shopping centers, and convenience stores, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and relaxing aft…

Exceptional People, Exceptional Hospitality I had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel, and what truly made it exceptional were the people. While the rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were great, what stood out most was the quality of service and the genuine care shown by the team. Every morning at Misto Restaurant set the tone for a positive day ahead. A huge thank you to Moana, Kingsly…

Centrally located in Cebu City, the hotel is a 30mins car ride from the airport. The surroundings is very nice with neat, clean roads and many shopping malls. The room itself has many amenities, including induction cooker, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, dryer. It comes with 2 TVs (1 at living room and 1 at bedroom) and the view of the city from the room is nice! Service wise can be better though as my fri…
