The room space is ok. They provided the appliances and kitchen utensils. The plumbing in the bathroom was broken though. And the fire extinguisher was broken (needed to be recharged). The problem with the location is because it was too close to the to the airport, therefore, there are many planes passing by every hour, which produces annoying noise.

This booking caused us extreme stress and disappointment. We fully paid over ₱5,000, only to arrive and find that the unit was already booked and that other guests were experiencing the same issue with this host. The host never showed up and did not respond at all. Agoda’s messenger was also unresponsive when we urgently needed help. I would not recommend this place. The room does not have air conditioning. The noise from the plane is so annoying that you won't be able to have a long good night's sleep. This place is very close to the airport and every time the place is going to land, you will hear it like it is literally on the roof. They don't return your deposit. Service staff takes too long to respond. Water was not working and needs to wait for the service staff to load the water.

This is such a great place to stay and is located just minutes from the airport grocery stores close wet market across the street the people are very friendly and helpful

Looks all nice at the picture, but inside the condominium and apartment is not how is on the picture, inside smell disgusting 🤮 all around the hallway you find some insect and disgusting smell of the trash and smell of Kanal🤮 to throw the garbage 🤮 just like your in the smoky mountain every body there who and leave with out separating all the garbage.
