Location is fantastic! You can walk to the airport in 15 minutes. The SM mall is also close, another 15 minute walk. Saying that the airplanes fly directly above you so they can wake you up sometimes but that noise is no longer than 10 seconds. Amazing hospitality, kind and good people who will give you love and an amazing smile:). My girlfriend is an easy sleeper and she able to sleep so comfortably, we 100% recommend!
The place is nice. Just that the ac is broken while we're there. But the staff are accommodating. When the owner arrives, they let us transfer to the other room but still the ac can't accommodate the size of the room even if it's the lowest temperature and the highest cold. I guess they should replace it already.
It's a good place to stay for a short time. It has a good price, close to the airport, restaurants etc. There's only cold water, and I don't know if other rooms are the same, but our had super tiny bathroom with no toilet sit in it. Staff is nice and helpful tho.
Stayed here twice and loved it. Had a private room and payed 500 pesos per night (have to bargain a bit) for the fan room. If its too hot you might want an aircon room. The rooms are big enough, private bathroom, plus a small kitchen area even. The hosts are kind people. Free coffee. I would go back there anytime ;) Oh and it is really close to the airport, but it didnt bother us too much really.

I have no pictures but we stayed in dorm type room for 10 and we're only 4. Good air-conditioning, clean CR and sheets. Walking distance to main road and baywalk. Signage not too visible.
