It's the type of hotel that is great now because it's new. But after 10 years, isn't probably going to be okay because it will be totally worn. There's not much ventilation in the rooms. They're like compacted condo units that are very small.
We consider this hotel because its new, good location and near to our relatives in Laoag. Unfortunately you do PEST CONTROL during our stay last January 3, 2025 evening. Imagine the smell of heavy fumes from the pesticide used. Great stay at Sarita. Friendly and helpful service, clean rooms with good AC, comfortable beds and good shower. The restaurant is also very good.
Great, well designed place but 1000 Pesos extra for a child is too much to be asked for. Blankets would be great, with the AC running it can get too cold with sheets only.
Sarita Bed & Breakfast is a lovely hotel in a quiet side street within walking distance of Laoag central and it is clean, clean, clean. Our room was spotless, especially our bathroom and shower area. The aircon was great and the wi-fi speed was very good, around 50 mbps. Sarita Bed and Breakfast was a great find! Although we utilized the place for our event venue, I would assume that the rooms and room service are much better. The food provided with their restaurant has been top notch and well worth it. Staff has been responsive to our very needs and our purpose there has been successful.
My husband and I had a lovely stay at Sarita Bed and Breakfast in Laoag! The cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast options were delicious and freshly prepared, providing a great start to our day. The only downside was the limited parking space.
