Rating based on the quality of hotels in their area. This is a budget hotel. New and clean. Rooms provided with really good linen and pillows. Rest from a long trip can be very fulfilling here. Room is good for a quick stay. Location is nice since it’s in the city. Quite shock with the breakfast, it is waiting on the table by your door which I find unique.

We arrived in Roxas very late at night due to delayed Roro from Caticlan. So glad to find this gem of a hotel where we could rest for the night. Staff were accomodating and courteous. The rooms were cozy and clean. The bed was very comfy to sleep on. Airconditioning was cool, and the hot shower was relaxing. They offered basic amenities like a small shower kit and bottled water. Convenient location, but lacking essential amenities. Pros: The hotel is conveniently situated near the town proper and there are plenty of store nearby Cons: 1. Poor signal 2. Slow wifi, This makes it difficult to browse or get any work done 3. No back up power/ Generator

If your looking for a convenient hotel in town of Roxas, this one is a good choice. Near the town proper no need to commute if you don't have car. Amenities and staff were good and accommodating. There's a parking also. Free breakfast.
