Sampaguita Suites hotel

One of the worst! The toilet door knob was broken and just imagine, you cannot transfer to other room because you already use the toilet! And you have friendly cockroach roaming around!! The reception staff needs to be trained on so called customer service!

The room is small, but clean. The hot water, Aircon, tv all worked fine. Staff was all friendly.

Please! Do not book at this suite. We stayed at this hotel in a twin size bed. The bed has mite infestation. I got severe itchiness and rashes after sleeping at this hotel and suffered for few weeks. It’s not worth the price. The bathroom has also molds and tiny space. The room doesn’t have space for a luggage.

Staff are very accommodating, welling to assist anything you need , specially when the day i booked room for my Mother to stay during difficult times when my Father is in the hospital and she has nowhere to sleep, i made a call overseas to receptionist at Sampaguita Suites JRG to assist my mother during check in and everything she needed, Check in at late hour on Oct.26,2025. Extremely bad experienced!!! My friend booked online not reading the review. We checked-in in the hotel, the moment we reach the reception area, we wonder why it’s hot. Ac not working. We proceed in the assigned room only to see COCKROACHES everywhere. Baby cockroaches in every edges, behind curtains and worst in the toilet. Sorry but i’m very paranoid when it come to insect. I had a terrible experience! The customer service was good until my last night, but now I am checking out I feel unfairly treated. They will charge you for faulty accusations just to keep your security deposit. They do not have a consideration, I stayed here for two weeks which I regret now. Please note that the AC and WiFi are the worst. You can also see cockroaches. Never again!!!
