I really think the service needs more work or something. It takes a while before we get what we asked for, like water. The staff were very nice, and were accomodating. Great view and reasonable prices, but the dining experience was disappointing. Meals were served one by one and arrived cold. Service took over an hour, and some orders were still incomplete. Management should consider adding more kitchen staff during peak hours to improve service.

Great place by the seafront, and their pool was huge! We really enjoyed swimming there. However, the service needs improvement. We were the only customers at the time, and there were three staff members at the counter, yet we had to follow up multiple times and waited far too long to receive our bill.

I had high expectations for our stay at this resort, but unfortunately, it fell way short. The biggest issue was the constant, unpleasant odor in our room that smelled like sewage. It made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. We brought it up to the staff, who moved us to another room, however the odour (although not as bad) was still present in the room. I happened to visit this resort when we had our tour around Ormoc city. Views are great, though it was gloomy at that time, and proly it’ll be much better with sunny days. I believe there was no entrance when we went there. Planning to go there for our sem ender🎉

The electricity was fluctuating, it seems that they don't turn on their generator during brownout. But their room was spacious, so clean and staff ws was friendly so overall stay was good. I would suggest you try especially now that they have 20% discount on thier rooms till july 31, 2026

This is hands-down one of the best places to stay in Leyte and a long-standing family tradition for us. The setting and grounds are beautiful, the pools are excellent, and everything is very clean. The food is good and reasonably priced. We stayed in the new wing this time and had an excellent room with a great ocean view.
