Service was a 10/10. Helped me with calling a taxi to the airport and helped me store my longanisa. Location was nice. Walking distance to a 7-11, karinderyas, empanada stalls, and bus terminal. I was able to book my room through Agoda just one day before my arrival, which made my travel planning very convenient. One thing I truly appreciated was their excellent customer service. “A Decent Place to Stay in Laoag City” Pros: It is only few steps away from the museum, park, provincial capitol, city hall and cathedral. It is neat and good enough for a short stay in the city. Cons: They don't provide drinking water to guests.

We stayed for a 1 day stay for a vacation at 1 triple room and 1 family suite. The place is situated in the area. Its walking distance to the eatablishments. The staff was accomodating upon arrival and when we had a concern in the room they did respond to it though it was not corrected.
