We held our wedding at Roy's Hotel and had a great experience with the rooms, food, and venue itself. Unfortunately, the customer service after the event left much to be desired. A ₱5,000 cash bond was withheld due to alleged damage, and it took weeks of follow-ups before we received an update. Nice rooms but a bit small for it’s price. Service is good. People there are very accommodating. Nice pool, a bit far from downtown but I think it’s okay since it’s away from too much traffic and busy streets. Food is delicious. They also have a gym and small kiddie playhouse.
