Roxas Midtown Hotel

We were instructed to proceed to the hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available. This resulted in unnecessary travel. Clear communication before asking guests to come would greatly improve the customer experience.

Located near the a convenience store for easy food access if restaurants are closed. Customer service is 5⭐ very cheerful and kind staff. Rooms need a little improvement specifically in the room assigned to me floor needs a little of repair. Other than that My stay was wonderful.

I enjoyed my stay here. I really appreciate the fact that they allowed me to check-in early because my flight's arrival was at 6 o'clock in the morning. Hotel is rather basic (no business center, fitness facilities, bar, etc), but for its central location, and the fact you can check in as early as 6am (if rooms are available), the price is competitive.
