Our stay was good during check in everything was fine. But during check out we were surprised because the linen had stains, and they charged us P500 something you check the picture that the stains were too long and we didn't do. We trusted the hotel so we didn't check everything because we were too tired and sleepy. Very disappointing. My advise before you check in make sure you check everything.
No WiFi working, unfriendly staff, won't let you check in even if you are just a bit earlier than 2 pm, try to charge you for minor stain on the sheet which can easily be washed out in the laundry. Don't stay here terrible experience.
Dont trust this hotel we got ripped off. They charged us with stain in the blanket that we didnt do. The stain is there when we checked in the hotel. Our mistake is we accept the unit even the room is not that neat due to we are tired and only sleeping for the night. The blankets are itchy and the rooms has a stench smell. This hotel is incredibly inhumane. I arrived at 1 PM, and they insisted that check-in wouldn't be until 2 PM, even though the hotel didn't seem busy at all; there weren't many guests. When I checked out, they used a flash to inspect the sheets and found only a tiny bit dirty, yet they insisted on charging me 500 yuan for cleaning. It was ridiculous! 😓
Like when it was The Drake hotel last year New owners have Kept The Excellent food Rooms downstairs refurbished wish they had an elevator New Billiards pool room though I haven't tried that yet spent 3 weeks here because of the situation in Middle East
