Stayed here for 2D3N, and to be honest, this review is based on our experience in one of their family rooms. The room was okay for the price, but there were a few things that could be improved. Had to book a room here because the rooms are filled in the hotel I usually stay in when I'm in the city. I booked at 6 pm and at 11am, I had to pay for another night's stay although I just need to stay until 5pm. I paid for a room worth 1,600/night and from 6pm to 5pm the next day, I paid 3,200. The room itself is okay. There is a desk and a wardrobe of reasonable size. The aircon works just fine just like the (small) television. However it seems to me that the room is a little bit too small for the amount paid (executive room for more than 1000 Peso good for 2 people). But the main reason for the 3 stars is the shower. Giving 2 stars. Location is good. It is placed strategically and very accessible. 5/5 Rooms are okay. You get what you pay for. Some rooms are old which gives a creepy vibe, no signal, WiFi or cable but those are bearable. Again, you get what you pay for. ~4/5 Staff are atrocious. Definitely a zero for me especially the help desk named Deborah. Gave me the biggest stress whilst I was there and wasted half of my day.

The rate is very affordable. Was able to avail the newly built rooms so I could say that the room and bathroom are clean. However, the hotel has no wifi and has poor reception for a 4G network.

Great place to stay. Extremely helpful staff they carried my electric scooter up to the room. The rooms were very clean , flat screen TV a/c good price at 1400paso. 1200paso with PWD discount. Stayed 2 nights .

The water pressure was not that strong so it took some time to finish a bath/shower. They have a fix shower so taking a half bath would be hard. I actually used the bidet for half-baths. A place to stay the night in. It's just that. No luxurious experience, no free breakfast, no wow factor. But at least it has wifi, cable and some rooms have water heaters for the shower
