The amount stated in the signed was ₱858 for 24 hours, but the receptionist later informed us that the actual amount was ₱1,500. This inconsistency was very confusing and unexpected. Additionally, the condition of the room was unsatisfactory,There were cockroaches, an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the overall cleanliness did not meet acceptable standards.
Not a value for money. Aircon is weak. The pillows are to thin might as well sleep without them. There are better options.

Staff were accommodating until the person at the front desk (Julie) didn’t let me use the small comfort room at the lobby even though my companions were allowed to use it. This hotel is one of the best hotels in Laoag! I've been here many times. The rooms are clean and overwhelming . They always change the bedsheets. Staffs here are very welcoming. And the rate is very affordable! This place is perfect and elegant! I also love eating ilocano food here.I called the front desk attendants and I ordered some food and they served it in just 10minutes! Freshly cooked. Yum!
