The rooms are small, the elevator is tiny, the stairs are narrow, but the staff are great! Great service, on-time delivery of breakfast (when you order) up to the rooms, and most of all, a great view of Mt. Mayon just outside the hallway windows!
Basic room for the price. The room was clean but the AC was noisy (just unfortunate I suppose) Good view of Mayon volcano from the corridor as the room had no window. Friendly staff. Five minutes walking distance from Old Albay Centre. Ok for a short stay.
Good place to stay but not PWD friendly. A PWD person has to go up 6 steps of stairs to the elevator. Otherwise staff is nice and courteous.
