The pools weren't cleaned, especially the wave pool. The floor of the pool was covered in moss and there were leaves and bugs floating in the water. The chlorine they use in the water is a lot, many kids got rashes because of swimming in the water. They also have a narrow variety of choices at the store inside the resort

Customer service really wasn’t great. They only accept cash, no GCash which was super inconvenient. They have two pools, one for kids and one for adults, but the adult pool had floating green mold in it, which was pretty disappointing.
