The resort experience was frustrating due to inconsistent and selective rule enforcement. While staff did not allow me to wear a colored shirt, many other guests were clearly permitted to do so, suggesting unfair treatment. Great vacation place for those who love to swim, but don't want to go to the far away beach. Take note that this is a Resort, so not advisable for business travellers.
Good location , swimming pool is big , its nice coz atleast there is trees in the garden and cats , staff was friendly and accomodating , although there is only one bad thing . PLEASE CHANGE THE SMALL PILLOWS ESPECIALLY IF SOMEONE WAS USING IT SO THE NEXT GUEST CAN ACTUALLY USE IT ! IT EVEN SMELLS SALIVA YUCKS !

i hope your staff can find a better way to shoo the dogs inside instead of hurting them, specifically using a tirador. the dogs weren’t even bothering anyone, and i get that it’s for the safety of your guests, but i just hope there’s no need to use violence. it honestly made us feel off. 🙄
