It was supposed to be a nice stay but turned out to be not. We initially booked a room for 12 hrs but upon arriving, they said that if other guests would stay for 24hrs, they will give the room to them. How unreasonable and very inconsiderate especially this holy week that all other hotels and accommodations are fully booked. We did not travel for 16hrs to be treated like this. This was a long drive from the Manila Las Pinas area 14 hours however it is very nice and lots of islands to visit and good areas to snorkel and swim. However the resort area could use some grooming around the property. But overall we enjoyed our trip.
1. There were cockroaches in the rooms. 2. The floor drain of the bathroom was clogged. 3. Water supply was poor. 4. THE OWNER WAS RUDE. But the staff were very helpful👌
