Rhosean's Garden Resort

Location is kind of odd. Service are good also the staff are great. Rooms are worth it for the price.

It's not worth it. The entrance fee and cottage/villas are just the same as the resorts nearby, however our stay wasn't that comfortable. The pools are so dirty!!! The villas were so unkept. The toilets were full of yellow stain, the bed smells like cockroach...

Did not bother taking photos good for day swimming however facilities are unkempt and unclean, Rooms are not disinfected well enough especially the toilet. (Naninilaw na yung gilid ng inidoro + Lababo 😬) What stressed me most was the rental of Karaoke during this time of Pandemic! Yung mga nag aassist sa customer, they don't have manners. It's really frustrated. Good manners are made up of petty sacrifices. And please, treat every customer's as a friend. When a customer has unmet expectations, knows that it's EMPATHY hindi yung sila pa yung galit. Really frustrated. And lastly, Please show the value of every customers, create an experience and always strive to exceed customers expectations!

NOT RECOMMENDED!! THE POOLS WERE DIRTY, THE AIRCON WAS NOT WORKING, AND THE NEXT COTTAGE WAS STILL SINGING AT MIDNIGHT AND FIRED A GUN AT US!!!!

Okay for a small resort. There's a small store outside the pool area and another store outside the resort if you need more things.
