The hotel is located in a narrow side street in a poor area. Our Grab driver was hesitant to go there. Service was good, but the room wasn't clean, the toilet smelled bad, no hot water, very small bath-room, tv didn'twork. Not the ideal place for the last night in Manila.
I’m not sure why there are so many negative comments, but I stayed here for three nights and didn’t encounter any issues. The owner is incredibly generous—so much so that: He invited me to join him and his family for dinner and snacks (such a lovely family!) even though it wasn’t included with the room. I don’t recommend this hotel. Had issues with the door not closing properly and staff told me that there’s no lock since the door was broken. Staffs were also not helpful and don’t even care.
