RedDoorz Premium @ Regency Sunset Hotel

This location accepted my reservation and charged me but when I arrived, they said that it was overbooked and had no other accommodations. Even when customer service offered to find me another location, they said they couldn't find me transportation there. They had no other places to offer either way and said that all they could do was refund me the money. Never booking with this place or company again.
