Been here as a business stop, politely asked if we can request to print 5 pages black and white document and is willing to pay. Unfortunately have been advised that their ink is expensive and cannot be use. They've been using ciss printer. Myghad that how they treat their guest
Worst Hotel in Tarlac. For a price of 1,800 per night isn’t worth it. 1. We found an underwear in the drawer. How come the staffs didn’t see it upon check out of the last customer who was in there?! 2. Upon entering the bathroom, the toilet has pee in it that has not been flushed and the comfort room wasn’t cleaned. We saw hairs and dirt on the bathroom floor 3. Bed smells. Staff are very attentive despite being under-staffed. No Fuss Rooms are clean, may be small for some people. Good air-conditioning. No service drinking water. You need to order bottled water. Staying in this hotel (it looks more like a motel) was expensive, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The sink was clogged, the shower pressure was weak, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The staff's service was subpar, making it an overall unrecommended choice. It's unfortunate considering the amount spent.
