Clean place but the sink is clogged. The phone don't work . Some electric outlet don't work. We booked for 2 but the towel and drinking glass they provided is for 1 pax only. The price at booking.com is not updated, more than the price if you just paid at the property You could get a much nicer place with a price of Php 1,900.00 per night.
The bathroom fixtures are dilapidated and stinky. Requested for room transfer twice, but still absolutly disappointing. Tried staying in the room for a bit but the smell did not change. Decided to check out after an hour and the staff are condescending and not accommodating to provide even partial refund. Not recommended. There are a lot of better option of the same price nearby. Best to book elsewhere.
We are very dismayed with the service. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the only available room was a family room for four persons, priced at P2,700. We showed them proof that we had already booked and paid P2,017 via Agoda for the same room. After checking their computer, they canceled our online reservation and insisted that we pay the full amount upfront.

The room is small but okay for its price. It's cozy and comfortable, the place itself is clean and quiet. The comfort room is clean and comes with a heater. It also includes free breakfast for two. I had an amazing sleep and rest after a long day of travel.
