I booked a room at booking.com in this hotel and also got a booking confirmation. Next day, I arrived and wanted to check-in. Turns out the hotel is fully booked and doesn't have a reservation for me. Neither booking.com nor the hotel wanted to refund me. They kept blaming each other.
Our room was quite small, and has the basic amenities. But considering it's room rate, it's acceptable. Since it is in the downtown area of Tacloban City, there are many nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and malls.
It was pretty nice, unexpectedly. Service is good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very homey. And cheap too. Would go there again

Small rooms. If you just need to stay the night, it's fine. Friendly receptionist. Area is accessible.
Airconditioning is not that efficient, it's affordable, bfast included, hot shower is working, tis' recommendable.
