If you're looking for a hotel that is quiet and peaceful I highly recommend occazia the view is great and the staff are very accommodating and friendly even though they're understaff, few things I suggest to be improve 1. Staff service is okay, they're polite and responds to you immediately. The water pressure in the CR and sink is weak and up to the extent that there's really no water the next day after we checked in. We cannot use the bathroom and in the end we had our early checked out and wasn't even able to take a bath. They provided us a pail of water though but it's very inconvenient. Rooms weren't cleaned well. Hair everywhere. Pillows smelled used. The night we stayed, there was loud party with videoke at rooftop and people were drunk screaming at us. Messed up the booking.
They buy beds and put the box spring on one while the top pad goes on another bed Worst sleep I've ever had. Rooms are very small and overpriced. I think my room was switched tonthe lowest price room after i paid for upgrade
Rooms are clean and new, service is okay. Parking is sufficient (will fit about 6 cars). If going here, much better to go through the J.Abad Ave highway then turn in Banlic, as there is heavy traffic in Lazatin/Capitol crossing
