I accidentally left my shorts and my laptop charger. I had difficulty finding a contact number, so I emailed customer service, but I did not receive a clear response. The customer service representative stated that, according to the manager, no laptop charger was found. They also said no shorts were left, although my friend had already recovered them.
Location is bad. Its far from transport and shops. The staff gave up our room even though we had a reservation without our consent. Imagine 3 ladies who just got off from a delayed airasia flight and find out that they gave away out room. This was midnight by the way. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Booked a room in this hotel and they gave my reservation up without warning. The cherry on top is they told me it was my fault. Don't bother booking this hotel especially if you're flying from a different place. It'll just inconvenience you.
The property is clean, very nice staff and very helpful. Elevator is very helpful. Towels and toiletries are provided. I love the place ❤️❤️
