Booked this place through Agoda and availed their couple room. One good thing about the location is that it’s near malls and other establishments, so it’s very convenient if you need to buy food or other essentials. The room itself was decent and had basic amenities like a small table with two chairs, a shoe rack, tv and wifi. Old hostel but it's good for a short stay. AC worked and water pressure was good. It has got shower. Front desk receptionist was friendly. Wifi was weak and unstable.
DISAPPOINTING. The female receptionist was consistently rude and visibly irritated towards me and the other guests. We did not feel welcomed by her and felt like we were bothering her. Staff members represent the entire establishment and her negative behavior reflects poorly on the hotel. If she has no patience for guests, she should not be working in hospitality.
VERY RUDE FRONT DESK FEMALE STAFF. Doesn’t know how to properly and respectfully answer the customer’s queries. Rude, unkind, and sarcastic. The room was very clean and decent for its price and I honestly had a great time but THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF RUINED THE EXPERIENCE FOR ME.
Actually stayed in Sonly Hotel. Very good location next to KCC Mall and SM General Santos. Good pricw too
