1.The receptionist was rude upon checking in and is not always in the lounge area. 2. There are mosquitoes in the room. It's hard to sleep. 3. The electric fan was dusty. 3. There are no toiletries. 4. The bathroom's drainage is clogged, there is no bidet, and the heater is not working. Not worth the money. Not recommended.
The place is near to some tourist location. The bad experienced was the water heater is not functioning all the time since Baguio is cold place. The owner is not accommodating when we raised our concern. There is wifi but on and off. No free kits, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc

“Our Stay” We booked a deluxe room in agoda app. But we were given a family room with shared bathroom. Instead of having our own room we had to share with other tenants. The toilets flush was broken and running water in the shower was very very weak, had to wait a bucket to fill before bathing. Staff was kind and bedroom was ok. 1. Poor and rude customer service. 2. The bathroom has no bidet and a broken flush. 3. No toiletries. 4. No drinking water. 5. The room is too expensive for what you get. 6. There are other people in the room, and the bathroom is shared by everyone. 7. Even if there are people inside, the cleaner will enter and clean without knocking. 8. Stayed for 3 days no one came to clean the shared bathroom & also toilet flush was not working. Clean sheets but rooms could use more sound insulation. All noises from common area could be heard(doors opening, people walking, talking).
