Not great. Aircon is like from Dinosaur era. The room doesnt get cold, cr is from 1550s and the lobby’s like a haunted house. Wifi is not available in the rooms. The only thing good about this hotel are the staff. :) they are friendly and accommodating
Please be mindful of the bookings. My family is tired already . And they have to wait for the room to be settled. Plus the tv and aircon is not functioning. The rooms are not ready when my family came. Not a good experience. IMPROVE THE MAINTENANCE!! You are being paid
Disappointing, dirty, disgusting & looks cheap. I badly needed a nap and decided to check-in at their drive-in rooms for 6 hrs thinking it was well maintained by Reddoorz. The place looks old, no doorknob in the toilet, toilet is disgusting with no faucet at the sink. The handsoap bottle is almost empty. The hotel is old so I understand that some stuff are worn down. But our biggest issue is that the water stinks. The heater is busted so if you run water through it the odor of the water is unbearable. The water from the faucet also smells like rust. The TV also had no channels and it wasn't connected to the internet so we didn't get to watch anything. The aircon works and it cools the room but it was noisy. Overall…
