Stayed here as part of a 6 couple group, all from USA. The room is pretty spacious and well- kept. For the perception of a tourist from USA, this would be a one star rating but understanding its in a province easy far from Manila, I would say a 4-star hotel. The room was clean and full of wall outlets. The bathroom was OK. Its a bit old but not a problem at all. There wasn’t any water heater. We had a minor issue with the toilet but we had it fixed right away. Plus, the price was so great and affordable…
it was nice just that we needed to ask for the toiletries and towels. a window behind thr curtains was left open. electronic door lock key not working during check in. i need to put a blocker everytime i go out of the room.
They have a function room at the 3rd level, with aircon. There were junior attendants who were probably students doing OJT. They didn't do much but stand around. But the actual hotel staff was attentive. Rooms were ok. The downside was the shower, it didn't have water heater.
Attended a wedding event, the cups had spiders and spider webs in them, the silverware had stains on them as well, the mens bathroom was pungent with a horrible piss smell and the girls bathroom didnt have a mirror. Food served gave us stomachaches afterwards. Definitely will NOT be going back
Room was excellent. Staff helpful. Quiet , safe ,comfortable, we stayed twice during the month of Nov. 2019. Manager was very accommodating to our stay.
