Bathroom was a bit shabby and the toilet didn't flush but there's a bucket provided. Bed was comfy, there was parking at the side for my moto, dunno if your car would go in there or not. The room was not very clean. There were cobwebs, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been washed, which made it scary and uncomfortable to sleep on. Very simple but super clean. Super cheap, less than 500 per hour. I loved the ambience of the place and the way it's quiet and calming. The only bummer we had is that there was no tissue paper available but all in all, it was a nice experience Very cozy and the aircon works well!
On the main road in from Buntun Bridge. Has a couple of dedicated parking spots (important because Tuguegarao is crowded). Lots of steps to get to lobby. NOT good for the disabled crowd.
