If you are looking to have a 12 to 24 hours stay before your next destination - this is a good place, price is reasonable, have AC, internet and electricity. Other than, offer little other amenities. Don't expect it to be a 5 star hotel, after all it's a pension house. But it gets the job done, safety, security and over night sleep. I never walked out of a hotel before iv even unpacked my bag it's that bad. I had booked a luxury room but it didn't even have a sink to wash your hands. TV didn't work. Builders walking through reception and no staff on reception to complain to. Stay away
This place is a dump pretty much, unappealing and not maintained. It really is to be considered only if all other options have failed. However, after the earthquake choises are severely limited and to the hotel's credit they are open.
This hotel accepts payments from customers but their place is not open and not available for anyone. The worst thing is that this hotel do not refund nor return the payments.
The first room we were shown smelled really bad. The 2nd was slightly better.. however, the bathroom fittings looked like they had not been cleaned since they were installed. The ceiling was covered in cracking paint. The bed sheets were old and worn and the towels were threadbare and stained. It was so bad we just walked out after several failed attemps to speak to the booking agent.
