This small hotel is well-maintained and clean with matching Smart TV and split- type aircon. Hot and cold water for shower, although you have to wait for few minutes prior water gets warm. Room prices are 1000, 1200 or 2000. Depends on the location, and size of the room. Had a brown out in the middle of the night, but they have generator.
