It's hassle free. We stayed for 3 days. The owner is very understanding. The place is spacious. We just had a hard time with the way out and way in because of the location but the place is a thumbs up.

Guest paid thousands of Pesos to stay in this place. They should start investing in good quality house materials. Stayed here for 3 weeks, not worth the money. You can find more rental houses here in Zamboanga City for affordable prices. I hope the owner read this review to improve he's service knowing that he own a lots of unit in this area.
Been there, customer service is really nice and the place just feels like home… would be glad to be able to stay there again
