For context im a foreigner (european). My comparison will mainly be with the other hotels in Pagadian City that have a similar price point. The hotel has 24/7 security guard at the entrance and manned 24/7 reception. A key card is needed to operate the elevator from the lobby and if taking the stairs a key card is needed to enter the hallways with the rooms on all floors. So i would say above medium security. Reception is argumentative, does not use postitive scripting, she imposed additional pay for two people on a room that has 2 beds in which is alteady paid she says that in my booking in Agoda it is 1 adult indicated, I argued i purchased a room with 2 beds thus it should accomodate two persons, now if you check my other hotel bookings on other hotels, there are no issues if 1 adult is indicated on Agoda, no extra fe…

They have a nice clean room, with good restaurant. The TV however is not working and the reception gave us a hard time checking in. All in all its a nice place to stay, would recommend a little adjustment on the Nice Meter of the staff.

Great experience in that hotel. The room was clean and spacious ,AC was efficient enough and silent. We slept very well and tried one of the 2 restaurants (2nd floor), it was good and affordable. Breakfast is Filipino style, products are good quality and nicely cooked

Hotel is very good. Room smells fresh, large space and very clean. Sheets, pillows and mattress does not reek of the person who last stayed. The food in their japanese restaurant is great! Must try. The owner is welcoming, friendly and is very hands on. I just found the sink very slow to drain, and smiling faces would be nice of a sight maybe next time I visit. Overall, great experience. Worth coming back to.

Had a very nice stay. It was a last moment situation that caused us to make our midnight stay. Very happy! Wonderful staff/security throughout the hotel. Room was very clean and well furnished for our needs.
