Small but reasonably priced room. Good aircon and wifi. Plus points being near bus termimal, SM Dagupan, 7-11 and eat options. But dont leave valueables at room, as the doors to single room is just sliding door.

Location is very convenient esp. it is close to SM Mall and Bus Terminal, 7-11 convenience store is just downstairs. Room is clean, shower has heater, staff is very approachable and accommodating to our needs. only 21 mins from the nearest beach so we get to watch the sunset and is quite relaxing. Location is at a very busy corner. 2 parking slots only, directly Infront of 7-11. A lot of people around that corner. I would not say it was the safest place to park your car for your stay.
From the outside look kinda like you are going to be disappointed, but once you step in your room, you feel glad that you book this place. Room was clean. Just enough space for you. Not too big but not small. Aircon is working well . The location is so good. Just opposite for the bus terminal so its easy to get to anywhere. Theres jeep and side car to bring you around. And very close to a mall too
