Queen-size bed with AC, sofa (for third person), and tv. Small bathroom but with heater. Curtains are see-through if you have your lights on. Nice place to stop and sleep if you are doing long distance traveling. Oh and it cost only 1,800 with complementary breakfast.

Two double bed room with aircon. 1,800 php around $36. Looks like there are fixing up the place. It needs some work on the rooms. The price is a little high for what you get. But convenient to the national road to Bicol.
The outside looks nice, but the rooms are old and needs renovation. Lots of mosquitoes in our room too.
