Port Barton is a small town so everywhere is close so location is Ok. However, the management is poor. We arrived and nobody was in reception other than 5 children playing on their telephones. No number to contact and the kids ignored us. When the receptionist arrived not even an apology. The same was every time we needed anything. The place is just great. Very good location. Rooms very spacious and very clean. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable. The service was very nice and very helpful. The owner is wonderful and very, very helpful. They provide everything you need. Possibility to book a hop island tour, van transfers and much more. Possibility to do laundry. It's really worth staying in this place.
The owner, Ms. Maureen, was super kind, helpful, and accomodating. She went above and beyond to make sure that our big group had a comfortable stay. When she realized we had a baby with us, she immediately got a new water dispenser. Stayed here for 3 nights. Ate Mau and her family are very accommodating and warm. I had a chance to talk to Ate Mau's daughter and she's so cute. The place is accessible to all. Will definitely go back.
Really great location! There is wifi but can be intermittent and only accessible outside the room. Service is great and staff are kind! They helped arranged the island hopping and airport transfers for us which we highly appreciate ☺️
Great location. Maureen is the bomb! Her cousins and sisters all work very hard to keep the guesthouse immaculate and happy. She can arrange anything you need.
Maureen is a amazing host, friendly and helpful. She's always busy for her guests. Highly recommend this place. Was there with my friends and everything was perfect.
